How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. Please note that preorders are excluded from this timeline. There may be occasional delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or issues with the freight company. 

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive Once Shipped?

Typically, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, with DHL Express handling the delivery. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $20 for orders under $240 (335 CAD). For orders over $240 (335 CAD), shipping is free.

 Will I Have to Pay Taxes and Customs fees?

No. We ship using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the total price. There are no hidden costs or additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Return policy

We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.




The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.



Initiate Your Return or Exchange:

To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

With 100g insulation through the core and 60g under the arms and sides, it delivers optimal warmth and freedom of movement during active pursuits. Thanks to Primaloft®’s water-resistant fibers, the jacket retains its insulating power even when wet—keeping you warm in damp or unpredictable conditions. A fully adjustable hood and hem help seal out wind and cold, while articulated sleeves ensure a natural range of motion. Insulation: Primaloft® (100% Recycled Polyester), 100g/m² on body, 60g/m² underarms and sides (body-mapped), Bluesign® and GRS certified
Lining: 100% Nylon, PFC-free DWR, Oeko-Tex certified

Care: Machine wash cold (max 30°) and line dry.

  • if possible, wash in a laundry bag
  • avoid washing with items that have velcro or zippers
  • wash with all zippers closed
  • avoid constant exposure for longer periods of time to velcro or zippers
  • gentle cycle (max 1000 rpm)
  • never tumble dry
  • do not use fabric softeners


Reapply DWR treatment as needed.
