How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by midnight on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Please note that this is a general guideline. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Preorders are excluded from this timeline.

Should there be any issues with inventory, such as your ordered items not being in stock, we will inform you promptly and offer the option to either change or cancel your order.

 

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive Once Shipped?

Typically, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, with DHL Express handling the delivery. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • DHL Express Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • FedEx International Priority®: 5–7 working days
  • FedEx International Economy®: 7–10 working days
