Return policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Initiate Your Return or Exchange:
To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Our Parachute hiking pants are smaller in size - for a fit that's like in the pictures size up from your regular size by 1 or 2 sizes. The model in the picture is between sizes XS and S and is wearing size M in the pictures. S is more fitted on her, especially on the hips and bum.
