How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. Please note that preorders are excluded from this timeline. There may be occasional delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or issues with the freight company.

Shipping costs $20 for orders under $240 (335 CAD). For orders over $240 (335 CAD), shipping is free.

No. We ship using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the total price. There are no hidden costs or additional fees upon delivery.

Return policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Initiate Your Return or Exchange:
To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

The Nimbus Shell Jacket is our most advanced all-season shell – engineered to handle demanding mountain weather while staying soft, quiet, and comfortable enough to wear all day. Designed as a true do-it-all outer layer, Nimbus protects you from wind, rain, and snow without the stiffness and bulk often found in traditional hard shells.
Crafted from a custom-developed waterproof and windproof membrane with high breathability, the Nimbus Shell Jacket keeps you dry on the outside while efficiently releasing excess heat and moisture during high-output activities. Fully taped seams, water-resistant zippers, and a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish provide reliable protection when conditions turn harsh.
Unlike many technical shells, Nimbus is made from a soft, flexible fabric that moves naturally with your body and packs down easily into your backpack. Two-way underarm ventilation zippers allow quick temperature regulation on steep ascents, while adjustable cuffs and hem ensure a precise, secure fit. The helmet-compatible hood and protective collar offer added coverage in exposed terrain.

- Wash the jacket
- Tumble dry on low
- Apply a spray-on DWR treatment if needed
