Return policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Initiate Your Return or Exchange:
To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Care: Use a soft cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water to gently clean any dirt or stains. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage the fabric or zippers. Air dry the bag in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to prevent fading or warping. Do not tumble dry.
We do not recommend washing in washing machine.
