How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. Please note that preorders are excluded from this timeline. There may be occasional delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or issues with the freight company.
How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive Once Shipped?
Typically, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, with DHL Express handling the delivery. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $20 for orders under $240 (335 CAD). For orders over $240 (335 CAD), shipping is free.
Will I Have to Pay Taxes and Customs fees?
No. We ship using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the total price. There are no hidden costs or additional fees upon delivery.

Return policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Initiate Your Return or Exchange:
To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Tencel is a natural material made from wood pulp.
Care: Machine wash cold (max 30°) and line dry. We recommend ironing at a low temperature.

Our Nomad Canvas pants are true to size, so there's no need to size up.
They are meant to have a looser A-line fit on the thighs. Due to the adjustable waist, you can adjust the fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest you size down.

Why we made these
I’ve always struggled to find pants that work for travel and everyday wear — something that looks good, feels comfortable, and doesn’t feel restrictive after a full day of moving around.
Most canvas pants felt too stiff, heavy, or just not designed with women in mind. Either they looked good but weren’t comfortable, or they were comfortable but didn’t feel like something I’d actually want to wear all day.
So we set out to create a pair that does both.
The Nomad Canvas Pants are made from our FlexCanvas™ fabric — a softer, more comfortable take on classic canvas, with just enough stretch to move with you. We focused on a relaxed, flattering fit, practical pockets, and details that make them easy to wear from morning to evening.
They’re the kind of pants you can travel in, explore in, and still feel good wearing at the end of the day.
